Tuna Herbed Pasta with Turkish Garlic Bread














Ingredients:

1 kl swirl pasta or any pasta of your choice
2 cans tuna in can
1 onion (chopped)
5 pcs garlic (chopped)
1/4 c. pine nuts-chopped finely (just try any nuts will do)
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 T tomato paste
olive oil for saute
parmessan cheese
chopped parsley

How to cook:

1. cook pasta according to its procedure until al dente.
2. sautee garlic, onion and tuna with olive oil
3. add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste
4. add pine nuts
5. salt and pepper to taste
6. set plate and garnish with parmessan cheese.

you can add also veggies like (capsicum, courgette, etc)
you can buy Turkish Garlic bread in the supermarket.
