Ingredients:
12pcs chicken drumsticks
1 T olive oil
2 sticks celery, sliced thinly
100g bacon, chopped
2 cups Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 lemon cut into wedges
1/2 cup black and green olives
1/4 cup parsley chopped
How to cook:
1. Preheat oven to 200'C. Heat oil in large pan over medium heat
2. Add bacon and celery. cook for 3mins or until celery is tender.
3. Stir in tomato sauce and white wine. Bring to boil.
4. Place chicken into an ovenproof dish in a single layer.
5. Pour over the sauce. Put lemon wedges and olives on top.
6. Bake for 30-50mins or until chicken cook through. Sprinkle with parsely and serve.
