Spring Rolls













I made this spring rolls for our dinner last 8-July. This chinese cuisine is the all time favorite of my kids.

SPRING ROLLS

Ingredients:

2 T sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 c spring onion finely chopped
1 t ginger, grated
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
2 T fresh cilantro leaves finely chopped
1 c carrots, thinly sliced
1 c beans sprouts
1/4 c bean curd
3 T soy sauce
12 spring roll wrappers
1 egg white
Vegetable oil for deep-frying

You can make your own sauce or you can buy the ready made sauce.

DIPPING SAUCE

1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce (vinegar & sugar)
4 tablespoons chile and garlic sauce
1 tablespoon scallion tops chopped
1 lime
