Crumbed Beef Schnitzel Mediterranean Style















Ingredients:

1kl Beef schnitzel, boneless beef steaks, thin sliced about 1-1/2 inch thick
1/4c fresh parsley, finely chopped
3pcs eggs
1t minced garlic
1t salt
1t ground pepper
1t ground cumin
3c breadcrumbs
1c oil

How to cook:

1. In a bowl whisk the eggs. Then add the parsley, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients. Set aside.
2. Dip beef in marinade mixture and mix it thoroughly.
3. Put bread crumbs in a pan. coat marinated beef with the breadcrumbs.
4. Preheat a skillet with about 1 cup of oil over medium-high heat. Fry each beef for about 3mins each side or until golden brown. The thinner the beef the quicker the frying. Use a few paper towels to drain the oil.
