Ingredients:
1 kl Fish Fillet
1/2 T lemon juice
1/4 t lemond rind
2 T olive oil
2 T soy sauce
6 T butter
1 T flour
2 T water
2 T fresh parsley
pepper (freshly ground) & salt to taste
How to cook:
1. Drizzle soy sauce and olive oil in fish. Add salt and pepper. leave for 15mins and bring to Grill.
2. dissolve flour in water. set aside
3. In a sauce pan melt butter in low heat, add lemon juice and rind, add flour mixture and parsley. mix well. add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Drizzle lemon sauce on the grilled fish and garnish with parley. serve while hot.
This can go also with salad, steamed vegetabales, rice or potatoes.
